Disclosure Policy

In view of ensuring that investors in Company’s shares have access to all the information necessary to ensure the transparency, integrity and good functioning of the market, the Board of Directors has established this information disclosure policy (the “Information Disclosure Policy”).
This Information Disclosure Policy exists to assure that information disclosed by the Company to the financial community is timely, accurate, comprehensive, authoritative and relevant to all aspects of the Company’s operations while at the same time consistent with all legal requirements and aiming to enable the holders of shares in the Company (and the public) to assess the influence of the information on the Company’s position, business and results.
Adherence to this Information Disclosure Policy is intended to provide an effective and efficient framework to facilitate the timely dissemination of Inside Information (defined hereafter) to the investing public in the spirit of full disclosure and in compliance with the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 dated of 16 April 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (“MAR”).
All words defined in the present Information Disclosure Policy will have the same meaning as provided for in the Company’s CG Charter and/or Dealing Code.
